Operation Manna veteran Jeffrey Brown hopes to turn 100 on November 4th. How special would it be if he could also receive birthday cards from Rotterdam? The city where he and his comrades dropped food from a Lancaster bomber over 80 years ago. Jeff was only 19 years old and an air gunner with 576 Squadron.
